Same desk as the house: one signature clears writer, publisher, and master. Cue sheet on request. Stems and instrumental included. Dialogue-safe TV mix. 60, 30, and 15 second cutdowns at minus 1.0 dBTP.
This is a plain-English license written for the people who actually place music. Read it in five minutes, sign it, and drop the cue. There is no co-writer to track down, no separate label to email, and no publisher waiting on the other end. Beat Pantry Record House controls one hundred percent of every right you need, so this single document clears the whole placement.
You are licensing the synchronization of a specific Beat Pantry master recording and the underlying musical composition (together, the "Work") into your production (the "Production"). Both the recording and the song travel together under this one agreement.
Beat Pantry Record House owns and controls, for the Work: the writer's share of the composition, the publisher's share of the composition, and the master recording. Because all three sit with one party, your signature clears the master and the composition at the same time. There is no third party to chase, no split sheet to reconcile, and no separate master use letter required. When you need it cleared today, it clears today.
Every Beat Pantry recording is built clean. No uncleared samples, interpolations, or third-party recordings are ever used in any Beat Pantry master. You are never exposed to a hidden sample claim.
Subject to the tier selected and payment of the applicable fee, Beat Pantry grants you a license to reproduce, synchronize, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display the Work in timed relation with the Production, and to make and distribute copies of the Production containing the Work, across the media and platforms selected.
Your selected tier states which categories are included. Additional categories can be added by written amendment at the tier rate.
Term: one year, three years, five years, or in perpetuity. Territory: single country, North America, or worldwide. Perpetuity and worldwide are available at every tier. Festival and review licenses run with that festival or review cycle.
Every Beat Pantry master ships as a full toolkit at no extra charge: a broadcast-ready master at minus 1.0 dBTP, full stems, a clean instrumental, a dialogue-safe TV mix, 60, 30, and 15 second cutdowns, and complete metadata. You never pay extra to get the version that actually fits your edit.
Beat Pantry will cooperate on a most-favored-nations basis where your Production requires it, matching the agreed MFN structure for fee and term so your music budget stays clean and defensible.
Beat Pantry will complete and return an accurate cue sheet promptly on request, with all writer, publisher, and performance registration details filled in, so your performance royalties report correctly. The registration details are in the signature block below.
Where the Production carries music credits, please credit as "Music by Beat Pantry Record House." A credit is appreciated but is not a condition of the license, and an inadvertent omission is not a breach.
The Work is delivered to broadcast specification at minus 1.0 dBTP, with the full package in Section 7, in the formats your post team needs (WAV masters, stems, and the cutdown set).
Beat Pantry represents and warrants that it owns and controls the writer's share, the publisher's share, and the master recording of the Work and has full authority to grant this license; that the Work contains no uncleared samples or third-party recordings; and that the Work does not infringe the copyright of any third party.
AI-assisted creation, stated plainly. The lyrics, topline, song structure, and arrangement direction of the Work are human-written by Audrese Lezare Prince. The audio is AI-generated to that human direction. Every master is human-selected and human-finished before it is offered for placement. Beat Pantry Record House owns full commercial rights to these outputs and grants them to you here. This is disclosed up front on purpose, because knowing exactly how the Work was made is what lets you clear it with confidence.
Beat Pantry will defend, indemnify, and hold you harmless from any third-party claim arising from a breach of the warranties in Section 12, including any claim that the Work infringes a copyright or contains an uncleared sample. This indemnity stands behind the one-stop clearance and the AI-assisted ownership stated above.
The license fee is set by the tier selected in the pricing schedule below. The license becomes effective on Beat Pantry's receipt of the signed agreement and the fee. For rush or same-day clearance, notify Beat Pantry and the Work and paperwork are turned around the same business day.
This agreement is the entire understanding between the parties for the Work and Production named and can be amended only in writing signed by both parties. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Ranges reflect term, territory, and how many media categories you include. Tell us the cue, the use, and the term, and you get a firm number the same day.
It actually clears. Lease sites sell a limited license on a beat while the writer, the co-producers, and any samples stay unresolved, so a real broadcast or ad use can fall apart in legal. Here one owner controls the writer share, publisher share, and master, and the same signature clears all of it, same day, with a full indemnity behind it.
You get the whole toolkit, not a stereo MP3. Stems, an instrumental, a dialogue-safe TV mix, and 60, 30, and 15 second cutdowns ship with every license at broadcast spec, so your editor is cutting to picture on day one instead of waiting on trackouts or paying more to unlock them.
